Seven years, 25 plastic surgery ops and £75,000 later, she has her wish.

And Kate, who funded much of the cost through lap-dancing, insists she has no regrets.

“The bigger I get, the more guys tend to be frightened of me — but I just love big breasts,” she says.

The results of the ops, which have taken the 29-year-old from a healthy 34C to a shocking 32L, are certainly a fearsome sight.

The size of basketballs, they weigh a stone in total — a ninth of her total body weight.

Now Kate plans to write a book and launch a singing career.

She also wants a husband.

“I suppose I have to find a breast man. I just want someone who will do right by me,” she says.

But any future spouse had best be warned, Kate‘s bizarre addiction has not gone away.

“I’d never say never to another boob job.”

After all that surgery she is so fake. If you compare the before and after shots you see how fake she looks. And she seems like the type of person who's not going to be happy with the way she looks.
