World's Ugliest Dog
Here's a picture of the world's ugliest dog that I posted about in yesterday's peculiarosities. The dog is a 14-year-old pedigreed Chinese crested and, unsurprisingly, has won the contest three times in a row.

Seeing as how he is from a breed NOT KNOWN for their looks, I would say he looks pretty doggone good for a 14 year old dog. I am sure his owner thinks the world of him and is happy that he is still alive and well at 14 years of age. More owners should love their older pets enough to be proud of them no matter how unappealing to the eyes they become to others. I say CHEERS to the owner of this wonderful old dog for loving and keeping him in his old age. I hope that it is contageous to more people in this dump your dog for any reason that comes to mind society.

Whoa! I wasn't expecting that either. He's actually cool looking in a gargoyle sort of way. I bet he's a real sweet pooch regardless.
