Hotel Chocolat Review + Last Chance To Win A £50 Hamper

Those wonderful people at Hotel Chocolat have not only given me a £50 hamper to give away as a prize but they have also sent me a Signature Egg for reviewing.
The egg consists of two chocolate shells - one dark and one milk - along with around a dozen hand decorated champagne and liqueur truffle eggs filled with soft ganaches of kir royale, marc de champagne, bellini, kirsch, whisky, calvados, rum, amaretto and tiramisu.
The shells are much thicker than the £1 eggs you get from Asda and at the edges are probably 3 or 4 times thicker than a regular egg. The chocolate tastes different to Cadbury's - which is my favourite type of chocolate - and I can't decide whether I prefer the Hotel Chocolat chocolate.
The truffles I've tasted so far have been delicious but as they are so rich they will last me a good few days. This is probably good news for those with a sweet tooth as you won't end up scoffing the whole thing in one sitting like you do with regular eggs.
The Signature Egg is just one of many that Hotel Chocolat offer and if you really feel like spoiling someone this Easter they are a great choice and according to Kirsty, they taste much better than Thornton's chocolate.
The competition that I've been running for a couple of weeks comes to an end tomorrow (not sure what time) so if you fancy having a go click here. To save you working out the code, here's a clue. The code is a word that is opposite to sad.

You cant say no to free chocolate now :)
Also noticed your Flickr photo's - Didnt know you were interested in kayak polo! Who won in the end @ Cardiff Polo competition! Wasnt able to make it and forgot to ask the people from my club who went!
