23-Year-Old Eats His Way to Hot Dog Title

A man who came runner up to the world champion hot dog eater at the July 4th Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island last year has beaten him this year by eating a world record 66 hot dogs.
23-year-old Joey Chestnut came within 2 hot dogs of beating super-eater Takeru Kobayashi last year but this year took advantage of his opponent's jaw injury. It was the first time that an American had won the title this decade. Link

You don't know how happy this made me! Last year we got hooked on watching it, I am bummed we missed it this year...USA USA. IF you watch the video, Kobayashi "forfitted the Goods" as the term is in competitive eating. Its gross, but proves Joey Chestnut is a God among Men
