Rsizr - Intelligent Image Resizing
You may have seen this video a couple of months back showing a new image resizing technique called seam carving that allows you to resize images without losing detail and even remove people/objects from the image.
The technology has now been integrated into a website called Rsizr and it allows you to upload a JPG, PNG or GIF and resize it in real-time on the web.
If you'd prefer to work offline, there's a plugin available for GIMP. [via]

It worked for me in IE7 using the latest Flash plugin. I didn't try it in Firefox.

I have IE7 and I just loaded the latest plugin to make sure. It still shows no image after 100% ? Is there a limit on the image size ? I am uploading a 3mb jpg.
