This is a mixed breed goat, I believe out of India right? They are breeding out these characteristics on purpose, they feel they are beautiful. There are some with grotesquely long ears and the nose is usually pronounced as this with the upper receding jaw. They die young, most don't have normal births, lots of dieing kids.
They can be unusually large for any large breed standards. Resulting in calcium deficiencies and brittle bones.

Now they just need to breed in horns and you have yourself a Satyr. The way its neck slopes downward into the chest you could almost stretch your imagination and see a human torso followed by a pair of goat legs.
