Crowd Watches As Bugatti Veyron Gets Parking Ticket
A traffic warden in Manchester was stunned when she was greeted with raptuous applause when she stuck a parking ticket on a £1million Bugatti Veyron.
Crowds of shoppers clapped and whooped as the female warden placed a £60 fine world's most expensive and fastest street legal car, which had been parked illegally in Manchester city centre over the weekend.
The rich owner, wearing jeans, trainers and a Gio Goi hooded top, returned to his car to find an audience watching and sheepishly took the ticket off his window and drove off.
Click for more pictures including one of the owner.
Related: A forum thread from last year discussing the same car and trying to work out the owner and another thread showing the car with another parking ticket on it.

If it was the owner, why is he getting in at the wrong side? Maybe his mom is driving...

You got the sexes mixed up.
"...was stunned when he was"
"...and whooped as the female warden"

Ditto as to first comment. The guy wearing the Goi Goi hoody is getting into the PASSENGER side. Driver is wearing a beige sweat shirt.

steering wheels are on the left side on cars in the USA while on the right side in places such as Britain,France,Scotland and other countries in Europe... this happened in Manchester
therefore him getting in on the passengers side could be him actually getting into the drivers side.

Sara, don't say things if you don't know. In france the steering wheel is also on the left side and i believe (as a european) that great britain is the only european country with right hand drive cars.
And saying britain and then scotland is dumb. Scotland is a part of britain.
