So incredibly stupid. So that's why the crime rate is so high in LA! It's because the police are all turning into paparazzi! Meanwhile, 250,000 children in Africa have been kidnapped and forced to shoot their own families and "the enemy," but of course, Britney Spears is SO much more important.
