It's possible to see this now and than in Moscow, and also in other Russian towns. (At least these days)
Though myself, I've also seen it in Newport, and some other Welsh towns (Or at least it used to be) ;o) The road outside The Riverside in Newport, and Caroline Street in Cardiff spring to mind...
