Fake Statue Street Perfomer Attracts Pigeons

I saw this fake statue street performer whilst in London on the weekend. He was so real looking that the pigeons were attracted to him. At first there was just one on his shoulder but another landed on his head. He climbed down for a rest and the pigeons stayed close to him. I presume that they were waiting for him to climb back up.
