Video: Cardiff Castle Made of Cheese

To celebrate the Great British Cheese Festival, which this year is being held at Cardiff Castle (I will be attending), Cardiff sculptors Ice2Art have created part of the castle from a huge 2m x 1.5m block of cheese. The whole process took 10 hours to complete. [Thanks Uncle Wilco]
