Victoria Beckham's Inflatable Boobs

Is it me or does Victoria Beckham control the size of her boobs with a pump. They seem to change in size as often as her clothes and there's no bra in the world that could achieve a lift like that! And if she pumps them up any larger she'll topple over. More pics here.
